satellite monitoring market. IoT Track team always tries to keep an eye on such trends, adjusting its product to the emerging conditions
of GPS tracking market.
Looking up to legislative peculiarities of AETR parameters (European Agreement on the Work of Crews
of Vehicles engaged in International Road Transport) we provided our clients with the opportunity to remotely download tachograph files and
control driver activity throughout the route. The function is effectively implemented in Tacho Manager and Tacho View tachograph analysis tools,
being a part of the wialon system.

Tacho Manager: processing DDD-files
Tacho Manager application available in the apps menu of the monitoring panel allows to importing driver log files (DDD-files)
to the wialon server, where the uploaded files get stored for an extended period for further tachograph analysis. Manual or automatic DDD-files upload is available.
Tacho Manager allows to bind data to drivers and view detailed information on driver profiles.
Tacho View: operating hours analysis
Tacho View is a native tool of Wialon tachograph analysis software created for your convenience.
The application utilizes a specific algorithm to count hours of operation based on the legislative peculiarities of the region concerned.
Tacho View application is developed to analyze data, acquired from tachograph files. Tachograph analysis is
based on such criteria as driving, work, availability and rest. Driver activity data is visually presented as a “timeline”, allowing to mark the
necessary periods easier.
Tacho View offers three report types for crew activity presented in a list-form.
“Driver activity”
The contents of this report are presented in tabular format. By choosing the necessary
data a user can see detailed driver activity over a specified period.
“Activity chart”
In this case, the specified time period is divided into days, where the relevant types
of driver activity are marked by color indicators.
“Infringement”
By choosing this type of report you get a table with such parameters as infringement
date and start time, infringement type, brief description and seriousness.
All the entries can be printed or exported to Excel-file.
Hours-of-Service application
Hours of Service application was developed by our partner Assured Tracking Inc. for US and
Canada markets and has now become an app module for Wialon. It allows the driver to keep an eye on the remaining on-duty and driving
time and generate individual electronic logs on the driver’s smartphone for roadside inspections. The app connects field and office
allowing the dispatcher to monitor current driver status and react promptly to minimize violations and improve CSA scores.
Wialon tachograph analysis software allows to get comprehensive information on driver activity
and ensure compliance with the mandate's rules. These tools allow detecting possible rule violations, thus helping to improve crew
safety and minimize penalties imposed on drivers and companies for violating the rules.
